Building an AI pipeline for design delivery
I built Claude Code tools that take a feature from discovery to build to delivery: competitor research, specs, Figma screens and design QA, now used by PMs and designers.

Designed proxy bidding experience for eCommerce app
End-to-end design for a new marketplace integration and buying flow — mapping complex backend states into clear user experiences across buying, proxy bidding, and bid management.
Rebuilding a design system for a dark theme
Introduced semantic tokens and restructured the library, then migrated 120+ screens to dark with Claude and the Figma API.
Launched a B2B SaaS from 0→1, NT$2M+ in fundraising
Sole designer on a 0→1 B2B SaaS — field research in traditional markets across Taiwan, end-to-end system design, and full developer handoff. Onboarded 40+ vendors across 3 industries.
Reducing customer support load through Order Management revamp
Mixed-method research — 116 survey responses plus usability interviews — to identify IA gaps driving unnecessary CS queries, producing 6 prioritised design recommendations.
