Frame the problem before solving it
I surface technical constraints with engineers and business trade-offs with PMs before the first frame. So the design works in reality, not just the happy path.
AI as the teammate
A Claude Code + Figma workflow I built ships hi-fi prototypes in hours. Trade-offs surface while they're still cheap to change.
The metric is the deliverable
I stay with the work after launch: watching how users actually behave, tracking the numbers that matter, and feeding what I learn into the next iteration.
